Physical Therapy
Using a wide variety of treatment techniques I aim to help you reduce pain, gain mobility, improve function and increase movement efficiency. Please read about the different options below and we can work together to create a customized treatment plan

Clinic PT
In network PT: Think of this as your traditional PT - we directly bill your insurance. You still get the same great care but we may be working with other clients at the same time.
Pros:
-
we do the billing and your out of pocket cost may be cheaper
Cons:
-
shorter or overlapped sessions
-
may have hidden fees
-
insurance may dictate length of care

Out of network PT - Being an out of network provider allows us to spend more time working on a customized program without the hassle of getting insurance approval or authorization. I can spend more time face to face with my clients and less time calling or emailing your insurance.
Pros:
-
longer sessions that are one-on-one
-
more focused or specialized treatment
-
no hidden fees
Cons:
-
may be more expensive depending on your out of network benefits
-
you have to submit claims to insurance for reimbursement
